The Great Hall Package

Adjoined to the Abbey, the Great Hall was where the celebrated Lady Beaumont dazzled society with her elegant parties throughout the 1820’s. With its Regency decorated ceiling, and west facing windows overlooking the Abbey Grounds, the room offers sophistication and charm.  In conjunction with the adjoining Wilfrid room and the Etheldreda room, we offer an all inclusive package for those couples who wish to focus on the finer detail and let us do the bulk of the arrangements!

We offer full flexibility and will cater to any special requests where we can. The Great Hall can be configured to a variety of room layouts, seating up to 110 people banquet style with plenty of room for dancing later. Included in the package, the Wilfrid room serves best as the location for an evening bar and buffet, whilst the Etheldreda room is often used as a quiet space for guests to relax—or alternatively as a play room for your younger guests. Layouts and room use are entirely up to you!
