Bells Choir

The Bells

The ringers are a committed band who support the Sunday services and rehearse on Thursday evenings. They can ring for weddings and occasional celebratory services. Instruction can be given.

Ringing Times:

Sunday Service 9.15 am to 9.55 am
5.30 pm to 6.25 pm
Thursday Practice 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

*The Sunday evening ringing on the first Sunday of each month usually takes the form of a quarter peal attempt.

Advanced Practices at Hexham Abbey are on Tuesdays (usually last in month) and start at 7.30pm

The bells are available for visiting bands and occasionally for peal attempts.
