Abbey Teas
Held in the Monastic Workshop throughout the summer months on a Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, also over  Easter and May Bank Holidays. Abbey Teas is run by volunteers from the congregation who bake and/or help run the teas on a rota, raising funds for the Abbey.

'Candles'
A Bible study/personal issues discussion group with a social content, meeting once a month  during term time on a Friday at 7:00pm to 9:00pm. For 15yrs. and upwards.

The Group with No Name (aimed at men in their 30s and 40s) meets every other week on a Monday. The sessions take place at Paul Binks' house at 5 St Cuthbert's Rd, beginning at 8pm and finishing prompt at 9.30pm. New members are welcomed and any interested bloke should contact Toby Quibell or Paul Binks.

Meditation/ Exploration
Group meets Mondays at Westcroft, 10am-12noon.

Mothers' Union
Meets in the Monastic Workshop at 2:00pm on the first Monday in each month. Currently about 50 members. Membership is open to all who are baptised Christians whether single, married or divorced. It is ecumenical and open to those from different traditions, sharing the organisation's concern with everything that strengthens family life. See site.

Nightlights
Nightlights is a youth group for age 11+, meeting every second Friday of the month (between 7.30-9.00pm) during term time to discuss a wide range of topics, for fun, games and prayer. Our aim is to share and encourage one another in our Christian faith.

Open House
Come and join our ecumenical Bible study group in the Parish Centre on Tuesdays during term time from 10:30am. Crèche available. Contact Elizabeth Fish, tel. 601142 for further details.

Junior Church: Sunday Stars, School, Club & Gang
These meet 10:00 - 10:45am in the Parish Centre and in the Monastic Workshop every Sunday in term time except on the first Sunday of the month. See this link.
There are four groups: 3-4 yrs, 5-6 yrs, 6-8yrs and 8+yrs.

Tots' Praise
..for songs, stories and fun for babies, toddlers and pre-school children and their carers. Every Wednesday during term time at 10.15am in the Abbey.

Wednesday Club
Meets in the Monastic Workshop at 7:30pm on the first Wednesday in each month. This adult social group offers speakers on a variety of topics as well as organising summer outings and occasional dinners. The club supports the Abbey fairs and holds fundraising coffee mornings etc. for charity.

Women's Group
Abbey Women's Groups are now meeting fortnightly on Mondays and Thursdays (8-9.30pm). For women with busy family/or working lives; an opportunity to share thoughts and ideas about faith and life using bible readings or stories as a springboard for discussion.
